Yes. We offer high-precision laser marking services for custom branding, part numbers, size specifications, thread types (such as NPT or BSP), and batch tracking numbers. To prevent oxidation and extend the service life of carbon steel products, we provide several industrial-grade surface treatments, as follow is some normal surface treatment :

  • Zinc Plating (Electro-galvanizing): Available in clear/white, yellow, or black zinc. Provides solid rust protection for standard industrial environments.
  • Black Oxide (Bluing): Adds a sleek black finish with mild corrosion resistance and excellent dimensional stability (adds zero thickness to threads).
  • Anti-Rust Oil / Light Oiling: A temporary protective coating applied immediately after CNC machining to safeguard the parts during transit and storage.it ensures around more than 5 years no rusts.
  • Phosphating (Manganese or Zinc Phosphating): Creates a porous, salt-spray-resistant layer that improves anti-friction properties and serves as an excellent primer for painting.

For stainless steel components, our surface treatments focus on maximizing corrosion resistance and achieving the desired surface roughness (Ra):

Pickling and Passivation: A chemical treatment that removes surface contaminants (like free iron) and restores the chromium oxide passive layer, drastically improving rust resistance.

Electropolishing: An electrochemical process that ultra-smooths the surface, reducing surface roughness (Ra), removing micro-burrs, and creating a high-gloss, pristine finish that prevents bacterial or chemical buildup.

Shot Blasting / Bead Blasting: Uses fine media to create a clean, uniform, non-reflective matte finish while masking minor machining lines.

Mechanical Polishing: Brushed or mirror-polished finishes tailored for architectural, food-grade, or sanitary application requirements.
